How do I setup an estimate?

  1. Create a new project by clicking "Create New Project or Estimate".
  2. Enter in the rate information for this estimate.
  3. Select the "Estimate" option to have Planscope create this as an estimate.
  4. Add all the requirements that you and your prospective client have already discussed. Estimate and/or price each requirement.
  5. Create any milestones (e.g., "Initial Launch")

You might want to create an initial estimate for work that MUST be done, and then a secondary milestone for optional requirements. This will help your prospective client see how the inclusion/exclusion of particular scope affects their budget.
