How do I setup an estimate?
- Create a new project by clicking "Create New Project or Estimate".
- Enter in the rate information for this estimate.
- Select the "Estimate" option to have Planscope create this as an estimate.
- Add all the requirements that you and your prospective client have already discussed. Estimate and/or price each requirement.
- Create any milestones (e.g., "Initial Launch")
You might want to create an initial estimate for work that MUST be done, and then a secondary milestone for optional requirements. This will help your prospective client see how the inclusion/exclusion of particular scope affects their budget.
